Ordering and Shipping Information:
Payment Policies: All order must be accompanied by one of the following methods of
payment:
- Authorized agency purchase order.
- Visa/MasterCard/AmericanExpress credit card information with
expiration date.
- Check/money order (payable to U.S. Book Exporters).
- Wire Transfer (Please add $15.00 to total for bank surcharges and
include proof of payment)
- Western Union/QuickPay
- California residents add appropriate sales tax (or provide tax
exempt number).
- Preview copies are not available
Shipping and Handling:
Return Policies:
- We're sorry, due to the nature of the product, we can not accept
returns of videos or software.
All other returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Number and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All materials must be in original resalable condition.
